Located next door to the Chick Inn on Main in Downtown Summerville. We even share a gate between our two yards! Perfect arrangement for larger size groups to stay in both homes with a shared gate connecting the 2 homes.
3 Bedrooms + 3.5 bathrooms. 1 queen + 2 full beds.
Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. All you need to bring is underwear! Perfect for family vacay/reunions, girls’ trips, celebrations & events. Comfortably sleeps 6.
Bedroom 1 - Private & spacious en-suite--Soaking tub + huge shower + Queen bed + TV + Cozy sitting area! So luxurious, you'll want to lock the kids out (we won't judge)!
Bedroom 2 - Full bed with en-suite full size bathroom.
Bedroom 3 - Full bed ; Full size bathroom located across the hall from the bedroom.

⅔ bedrooms have their own private bathroom. The 3rd bathroom is across the hall from the 3rd bedroom. Fully stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, towels, & enough toilet paper to never leave you feeling vulnerable!
2 TV’s & Streaming
If you choose to binge watch your favorite series all day, we promise we won’t judge! Access to all channels/shows/movies at your fingertips! (Hulu + Netflix + Amazon + Disney+)
Wifi
Unwind and disconnect if you can! If you must, we get it! Connect to our high-speed internet. All of our work-from-home guests have approved with zero connection issues–SHEW!\
Fenced-In Backyard
Safe space to let the kiddos freely play outside! As much as The Neighbors love pups, they have allergy-sensitivity. BUT, if you booked The Neighbors AND Chick Inn on Main (pet friendly), any pup(s) staying at the Chick Inn on Main are welcome to get the zoomies out in the fenced-in yard next door!
Heating & Central Air
It’s the South, y’all! It may be hot & humid outside, but we make sure you stay cool inside! Make yourselves comfortable!
Keypad Access
We love to personally greet you with a warm welcome! No keys to keep track of —Just a simple electronic keypad (with personalized code) to use as you come-and-go throughout your stay!
Kitchen Essentials
Our personal favorite is the beautiful window that invites natural light into their charming & updated kitchen! Fully supplied with full-sized coffee pot (coffee included) + cookware + tableware, pots + pans + stove + dishwasher.
Washer & Dryer
Go home with clean laundry! Side-by-side washer & dryer available for you to use! Detergent, iron + ironing board also included!
Safety Features
Fire Extinguisher, Carbon Monoxide & Smoke Alarms - Strictly for safety purposes & your protection, we have them all! Thankfully, we haven’t needed to put them into action!
